 HOW DO YOU ORDER? There are three easy ways:
1) Online - Order through this website and your order will be received instantly. Click here to order online.
2) By phone - Simply call 786-444-7355. Office hours are between 8 am - 6 pm EST Monday through Friday.
3) By Mail - Print out the form, fill out and mail it in.
By any of the ordering methods above, you may purchase your order via:
1) Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; this will be via a secure server
2) Paypal: Paypal is the top online payment processor. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, as well as payment made with your checking account via a secure server. Please remit payment to: patrice@prettymommasling.com
3) Mail: Check or money order

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING:
What is flat-rate shipping? Flat rate shipping means that no matter how large your is, you only pay the amount listed below! There is no guessing as to what your shipping cost will be at Pretty Momma Sling.
When will my order ship out? We do our best to get orders out expeditiously; most within 1-2 days. Sometimes we get back-logged and it may take up to 7 days. We ask that you take into consideration that each baby product is crafted for perfection. If you are on a set time-line for your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your package has shipped. This email will include your delivery confirmation number for US orders. If you prefer another carrier (other than USPS), please contact us.
Sending a gift?
If this order is being sent to someone as a gift, please let us know so that the invoice will not be included in their package. If you wish for your invoice to be mailed to you, please let us know.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
May I return my product? We are confident that you will enjoy your Pretty Momma Sling product, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please send the un-blemished and un-washed product back to us within 14 days, and we will refund you the purchase price, less the shipping cost. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
* We reserve the right to reject (or only partially credit) your request for a return based on the condition of your product. If your product is rejected, it will be mailed back to you at your expense.
I really enjoy our Pretty Momma Sling product, but would like a different fabric and/or size: If you would like to exchange your product, you may send your un-blemished and un-washed product back to us within 14 days. We reserve the right to reject (or only partially credit) your request for an exchange based on the condition of your product. If your product is rejected, it will be mailed back to you at your expense.
* If you are expecting (or in the process of adopting) a baby at the time of purchase, the return / exchange policy stated above will start after the arrival of your baby. Use the comments box during checkout to tell us your due/arrival date, so that we may extend this policy to you.
* If you wish to cancel your order before it has left our facility, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will be refunded the full price paid (including shipping).
* Gift certificate information: Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and can not be redeemed for cash.
